Insurance & Fees

Insurance:

• I am in-network for Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO.

• I am out of network with all other carriers. However, I can still bill and submit claims on your behalf to other insurance companies.

• I will check your benefits prior to the first session. This helps you to know how much to expect to pay for sessions. Please keep in mind that a quote of benefits is not a guarantee of coverage.

Fees:

• If you choose to pay for therapy out of pocket, the initial assessment costs $180 while subsequent sessions cost $135.

• Payment is always collected at the time of service. I accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

• There is a late cancel/no show fee of $65 if you give less than 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment or you do not show for an appointment. I understand that emergencies do arise so please talk to me if you cannot make an appointment.
